摘 要:采用随机介质ZnO颗粒结合金属-介质界面传播的SP(表面等离子)波补偿损耗,设计实现了一种石英-金膜-混合ZnO染料的金属腔激光器。从散射和光增益两方面证明了随机激光的存在,在发射谱中观察到了带宽小于1nm的尖峰。分析结果发现,金属层对于随机激光的发生没有起到实质性作用,结构的受激面积阈值和激发阈值的数值分析结果符合随机激光原理。该研究对于光通信和光电集成的发展有一定的理论和实际意义。By using the combination of random medium ZnO particles with the SP (surface plasma) wave compensation loss of the metal-medium interface transmission, a metal cavity laser of quartz-gold film-mixed ZnO dye is designed and realized. The existence of random laser is proved from the two aspects of scattering and optical gain, and the peak of the bandwidth less than lnm is observed in the emission spectrum. The analysis results show that the metal layer does not piay a substantial role in the occurrence of random laser and the numerical analysis results of the stimulated area threshold value and excitation threshold value of the structure are in accordance with the principle of random laser. The research has some theoretical and practical significance for the development of optical communication and optoelectronic integration.
