摘　　要：大学生科研训练计划与开放实验室是实现研究型学习的一种重要途径和有效形式。二者有机结合相辅相成,可以为学生自主化、研究型学习构建新的平台。以一项大学生科研训练项目的实施情况及成果为例,展现学生在开放实验室中完成科研训练计划所获得的专业素养和研学能力,为探索创新人才培养模式提供一定的参考。The student research training program and open laboratory are the important way and the effective form to achieve the research-oriented learning. Through the organic combination and complement of each other, a new platform is established for the autonomous and research-oriented learning. Taking the implementation and achievement of a student research training program in our university as an example, it shows the professional qualities, and research and learning abilities that the students have acquired through completing the research training program in the open laboratory, which can provide certain reference for the exploration on the training mode of innovative talents.
