摘  要:目的比较9种临床常用润肺化痰中药的排痰效果,评价祛痰有效性,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法本研究选用9种临床常用润肺化痰中药:旋覆花、桔梗、浙贝母、金荞麦、前胡、川贝母、瓜蒌皮、百合、石斛,分别采用小鼠呼吸道酚红排痰量法、大鼠毛细管排痰量法观察其排痰效果。结果 9种不同中药均可以增加小鼠呼吸道的酚红排痰量及大鼠毛细管的排痰量,与空白组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中,百合、桔梗、旋覆花、瓜蒌皮、前胡、浙贝母的效果较佳。结论 9种不同中药均有较好的祛痰效果,具有促进呼吸道分泌物增加的作用。Objective To observe the pharmacological phlegm expelling effect of nine clinical commonly used Chinese medicine of moistening the lung and eliminating phlegm, to evaluate their effectiveness and to provide theoretical foun- dation for clinical application. Methods This experiment selected 9 kinds of commonly used clinical Chinese medicine of moistening the lung and eliminating phlegm: Flos Inulae, Radix Platycodonis, Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Rhi- zoma Fagopyri Dibotryis, Radix Peucedani, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, Pericarpium Trichosanthis, Bulbus Lilii, Her- ba Dendrobii. The phlegm expelling effect was observed by phenol red on mice and eliminating phlegm on rat capillary. Results Nine different Chinese medicine could apparently increase excretion of phenol red and phlegm from the respi- ratory tract, there were significant differences compared with the blank group (P 〈 0.01). Among them, Bulbus Lilii, Radix Platycodonis, Flos Inulae, Pericarpium Trichosanthis, Radix Peucedani, Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii had better effects. Conclusion Nine Chinese medicine have good expectorant effects and good productive role in promoting the effect of respiratory secretions.
