摘 要:目的分析微信企业号在医院等级评审中的应用效果,为各医院的迎评阶段提供新的方法与依据。方法 2015年8月以武汉大学人民医院鄂州医院624名护士为研究对象,申请微信企业号,设置通讯录、企业会话、协同OA评检系统、工资条、满意度调查与建议、权限及保密6个栏目,并在协同OA评检系统中设自评栏目,对评审条目分类逐条完成。对准备阶段、自查后1、2、3个月各科护士的综合护理水平和护士对微信企业号的满意度进行比较。结果微信企业号推广后,纳入研究的科室护理质量评价中基础护理、危重症护理、优质护理、护理文书、病区管理、消毒隔离、理论与操作水平、应急预案流程评分分别为(98.86±1.87)、(97.32±1.89)、(96.55±0.69)、(99.93±0.27)、(98.36±1.22)、(99.37±0.22)、(99.79±0.06)、(99.71±1.07)分,均比准备阶段显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对微信企业号的满意度也由89.90%提升至95.82%。结论微信企业号的使用能提高科室护士在医院等级评审中的综合护理质量,各科护士对微信企业号的应用有较高的满意度,今后需要更加合理使用微信企业号,以实现医院管理的规范化、便捷化、高效化。Objective To analyze the application effect of WeChat enterprise in the hospital accreditation, in order to provide a new method and evidence for hospital accreditation. Methods 624 nurses were selected as research objects in EIzhou Hospital, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University in August 2015. WeChat enterprise was applied to combine with network OA review inspection system. There were 6 columns, including address book, enterprise session, collaborative OA review inspection system, salary, satisfaction survey and suggestion, permissions and confidentiality. And self-evaluation column was set up in collaborative OA inspection system, which classified hospital accreditation items and completed it. Comprehensive nursing quality of each nurses and nurse satisfaction of WeChat enterprise were compared in preparatory stage and after 1, 2, 3 month of nursing department self-censorship. Results After WeChat enterprise popularized, comprehensive nursing quality scores of research departments including basic nursing [(98.86±1.87) points], critical nursing [(97.32±1.89) points], high quality nursing [(96.55±0.69) points], nursing documents [(99.93±0.27) points], ward management [(98.36±1.22) points], disinfection and isolation [(99.37±0.22) points], theory and operation level [(99.79±0.06) points], contingency plan process [(99.71±1.07) points] were significantly higher than the preparation stage, the dif- ferences were statistically significant (P 〈 ,0.05). The nurse WeChat enterprise satisfaction also increased from 89.90% to 95.82%. Conclusion WeChat enterprise can improve the comprehensive nursing quality of each nurse in hospital accreditation, and nurses have higher satisfaction of the application of it. In the future, more reasonable use are needed in the application of WeChat enterprise, in order to realize the standardization, Convenient and efficient of the hospital management.
