摘 要:针对单一指标评估的局限性,从情报效率、灵活度、连通率和指控效率4个效能测度对C^4ISR结构的有向图模型进行评估。采用基于最优组合赋权法充分反映决策者的主观判断和客观实测信息。为反映任何指标值下降都会导致系统结构效能出现不可回升下降的特点,采用加权积模型进行指标综合。对评估案例利用Matlab软件编程计算,验证了评估方法的合理性和有效性。Considering the limitation of single index evaluation, we made evaluation to directed graph of C^4ISR structure based on four indexes of intelligence efficiency, dexterity, connectivity rate and command- control efficiency. The method of optimal combined weights was adopted to reflect the subjective judgment of decision maker and objective observation information. Weighted product model was adopted to reflect the feature that any of the index decreases may lead to decreased system structure effectiveness being unable to rise again. Matlab was used for calculation of the assessment case, and the result verified the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation method.
