广东省三级医院专科护士培训与管理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解广东省三级医院专科护士培训与管理现状,为发展专科护理、提升护理专业化水平提供依据。方法采用自行设计的广东省三级医院护理人力资源调查表对全省111所三级医院进行问卷调查。结果广东省三级医院平均每所医院有30名专科护士;占注册护士3.6%;开设最多的专科为ICU、手术、伤口造口专科;专科护士的职称以主管护师为主,占45.51%;学历以本科为主,占79.43%;培训时间以3~5个月居多,占41.54%;经省级及以上部门认定的专科护士占61.4%;29.1%的专科护士担任副护士长以上的管理职务;近半数的医院无专科护士考评制度、工作量统计制度;专科护士开展了大量专科护理工作,如专科会诊查房、专科护理门诊、专科护理培训及主持专科课题等。结论广东省三级医院已普遍开设专科护理,初步建立起专科护士队伍,并发挥了积极作用;但专科护士的管理制度尚不健全,应加强专科护士的培训和管理力度,为专科护士设置专职化岗位,更好地发挥专科护士的作用。Objective To explore the current status of training and management of specialist nurses in the tertiary hospitals of Guangdong Province. Methods The self-developed questionnaire was distributed to the specialist nurses in 111 tertiary hospitals of Guangdong Province. Results Each tertiary hospital had an average of 30 spe- cialist nurses,accounting for 3.6% of all registered nurses. Departments that had a large number of specialist nurses included ICU,operation department,and wound and stoma department. Most specialist nurses had bachelor degree and had the title of head nurse,accounting for 79.43% and 45.51% ,respectively. 41.54% of the specialist nurses had been trained for 3-5 months.61.4% of the specialist nurses had been certified by provincial departments or above. 29.1% had served as associated head nurses. Specialist nurses had carried out a large number of specific nursing activities,such as specialist consultation,specialized nursing outpatient service,specialized nurse training,and nursing research. However,nearly half of the hospitals had no appraisal system. Conclusion The tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province have set up specific nursing and established a specialized nurse team. However,administrative system of specialist nurses is not perfect. What should be done is to strengthen the training and management of specialist nurses and to set up full-time positions for specialist nurses.
