乳腺癌病人主要照顾者社会支持与负荷水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解乳腺癌病人主要照顾者的社会支持及负荷水平,探讨其相关性。[方法]对96例乳腺癌病人的主要照顾者采用自制的一般情况调查表、社会支持评定量表、照顾者负荷量表进行问卷调查。[结果]乳腺癌病人主要照顾者社会支持得分30.74分±6.13分,负荷总得分为34.84分±14.21分,社会支持与负荷水平呈负相关(r=-0.418)。[结论]医护人员应该关注乳腺癌病人主要照顾者的社会支持,给予照顾者更多医疗相关帮助,以缓解照顾者的负担,减轻其在照顾过程中产生的不良体验,使病人及照顾者能积极应对疾病及相关治疗。Objective：To know about the correlation between the social support and burden of the main caregivers of patients with breast cancer.Methods：The General Condition Questionnaire,the Social Support Rating Scale and the Caregiver Burden Inventory were used to investigate 100 main caregivers of patients with breast cancer.Results：The total score of the social support was（30.74±6.13）,and the total score of caregiver burden was（34.84±14.21）.Besides,the total score of social support were negative correlated with the total score of caregiver burden（r=-0.418）.Conclusion：The healthcare workers should pay attention to the social support of the main caregivers of patients with breast cancer,provide and increase the utilization of social support to relieve the burden,reduce the bad experience during the care,and so as to promote them actively cooperate with the disease and treatment.
