早期护理对心血管外科手术病人康复预后的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察早期护理对心血管外科手术病人康复预后的影响。[方法]将接受心血管外科手术的106例病人根据随机对照、平行、单盲的原则分为对照组和观察组各53例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则联合早期护理,比较两组病人的预后、生存质量评分以及依从性。[结果]观察组预后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人各项生存质量评分(机体疼痛、心理功能、社会功能、精神健康和总体健康)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人依从性指标(用药时间、用药方法、情绪平稳、饮食结构合理及对病情进行自我观察)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在心血管外科手术病人的护理过程中实施早期护理能够显著提高病人的生存质量依从性。Objective：To analyze the influence of early nursing on rehabilitation and prognosis of patients under cardiovascular surgical procedures.Methods：A total of 106 cases of patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures in our hospital from May 2014 to Apr 2016 were selected as research subjects.And all of them were divided into control group and observation group at the basis of parallel randomized controlled single-blindprinciple,53 cases in each.Patients in control group were given routine nursing while patients in observation group were given routine nursing combined with early nursing.The prognosis,living quality and medical compliance were compared.Results：The prognosis efficacy in observation group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Various indexes of living quality（body pain,psychological function,social function of mental health and overall health）in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）.Various of indexes of medical compliance（preparation time,preparation method,smooth mood,reasonable diet and self-observation of the illness）in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Early nursing used for patients under cardiovascular surgical procedures can significantly improve patients＇ living quality and medical compliance.
