针刺联合牵正散治疗面瘫20例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺联合牵正散治疗面瘫疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,20例门诊患者,针刺(攒竹、阳白、丝竹空、太阳、下关、颊车、四白、人中、地仓、承浆、合谷、风池),留针30min,1次/d。牵正散(僵蚕10g,白附子6g,全蝎、桂枝、防风各10g,川芎20g,天麻10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗10d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈14例,显效3例,有效1例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。[结论]针刺联合牵正散治疗面瘫,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with traction on facial paralysis. [Method] Make prospective design method, 20 outpatients（acupuncture cuanzhu, Yang Bai, sizhukong, sun,Shimonoseki, Jiache, Sibai, Dicang, people, Chengjiang, Hegu, GB20）, for 30 min, 1 times/d. Qianzheng powder（From 10 g, 6g white monkshood, cassia twig, scorpion, wind 10 g, Chuanxiong 20 g, Gastrodia elata 10g）, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Gastrodiae 1 agent/d, 200 m L oral decoction, sooner or later. Continuous treatment with 10 d for 1 cycles. The adverse reactions observed clinical symptoms. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] 14 cases were cured, 3 cases were markedly effective, 1 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.00%. [Conclusion] The treatment of facial paralysis by acupuncture combined with traction is satisfactory, and no serious adverse reaction, it is worth promoting.
