摘　　要：说起“杨玉华”这个名字,也许大多数人都很熟悉或者陌生,她可能是我们朋友中的一员,也或许是我们亲戚中的一位,当然,也可能是萍水相逢的陌生人;说起“胖姐”这个名字,青岛人则会感到很亲切,她头上高耸的、几十年不变的招牌发型,已经成为经典。大家称呼她为“四方路扛把子”。2012年,胖姐在微博上“火”了一把,那时候网上说：“老青岛人别说你不认识这个大姐昂——青岛地标性人物。”2016年,胖姐在微信里又“火”了,此时网上说的是：“青岛人脉最广的人,你不认识她,她却认识你,重要的是拥有着谜一般的年纪。”毫无疑问,胖姐几乎是青岛本地最具识别度的网红,她的原名“杨玉华”。The status of barbecue in Qingdao can be described like this: 'One will always yearning for barbecue once sitting beside a dining table'.There are two 'goddesses' in barbecue industry that are widely acknowledged:Sister Fatty and Sister Wang.The two legendary figures in barbecue industry have represented two types of Qingdao barbecue respectively--Charbroiling and Electrical Barbecue.If you come to the cross of Sifang Road and Yizhou Road,you might hear someone greeting you kindly like this, 'Come here,I know you' or 'I have already seen you'.If this is the case,don't get panic.The person greeting you means no harm,it is definitely today's leading character--Sister Fatty.
