摘　　要：网购火爆的同时,伴随着假冒伪劣产品泛滥、安全风险高且投诉爆增。电商平台准入把关松懈、部分商家恶意售假、监管不力和配套法律法规不足是背后的原因。对此,本文提出加强对电商产品质量安全的监管,强化电商平台对入驻商家的约束、推行电商产品信息披露制度,强化信用监管,立法明确电商的首负责任和电商平台的担保责任等建议。Along with the blowout of online shopping, the problems arise as the market is glutted with fake and poorquality commodities, and both the potential safety risks and the complaints are fiercely increasing. The reason lies in that the e-commerce platforms just set very low entry threshold, part of retailers intentionally sell fake for high profits and the supervisory mechanism is lagged behind and not powerful and effective. Proposals are put forward that the government should enhance the supervision on e-commerce products and reinforce the restriction on online retailers by the e-commerce platform, information of e-commerce products should be displayed clearly, credit supervision should be strengthened, and the first responsibility of online retailers and the assured responsibility of the e-commerce platform should be set in laws.
