摘 要:采用共沉淀法中的恒定pH法合成了不同Cu含量的CuZnAl类水滑石,以其焙烧产物CuZnAl复合氧化物作为催化剂,采用固定床反应器考察其催化环己醇气相脱氢制备环己酮的催化性能。结果表明:n(Cu)∶n(Zn)<2范围内均能合成出层状结构完整、晶相单一、结晶度高的CuZnAlHTLcs;n(Cu)∶n(Zn)∶n(Al)=1.0∶1.0∶1.0的CuZnAl-HTLcs为前驱体经焙烧后可制备出比表面积高、Cu分散度好以及合适表面碱中心数量和强度的催化剂;经还原后,暴露合适比例的Cu0/Cu^+活性位,在反应温度为250℃时,环己醇的转化率可达65.76%,环己酮的选择性高达99.48%。A series of CuZnA1 mixed oxides were obtained by calcination of CuZnAl hydrotalcite precursors, which were prepared through constant pH coprecipitation method. The gas-phase dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone over CuZnAl catalysts was carried out in a continuous fixed bed reactor. Results show that catalyst with regular layer structure and high crystallinity was achieved in the range of n(Cu):n(Zn)〈2. Catalyst with high specific surface area, good Cu dispersion and suitable basic site amount and intensity was obtained after calcination of n(Cu) : n(Zn) : n(Al)=1.0 : 1.0 : 1.0 hydrotalcite precursor. The catalyst exposes Cu^0/Cu^+ active site in an appropriate proportion after reduction, and under reaction temperature of 250 ℃, the conversion of cyclohexanol is nearly 65.76%, the selectivity of cyclohexanone is 99.48 %.
