摘　　要：张家口市具有地理位置独特、历史文化悠久、文物古迹众多及山川河流秀丽等特点,是京津冀区域理想的休闲观光旅游地。通过对照可持续发展旅游的理念,分析了张家口市开发休闲观光旅游产品的有利条件与存在的问题,提出加强旅游产品开发的前期策划,树立特色旅游产品开发的品牌意识,加大旅游产品开发的投入,鼓励当地社区居民积极参与旅游产品的开发等对策,以期合理地开发休闲观光旅游产品,更好地促进张家口市旅游业的发展。With her unique geographic location, long history and profound cultural background, abun- dance of cultural relics and historic sites and beautiful rivers and mountains,Zhangjiakou has become the i- deal tourist destination in Hebei Province and its surrounding areas of Beijing and Tianjin. With reference to the concept of sustainable development,the paper analyses the favorable conditions for and the existing problems in the development of leisure tourism products in Zhangjiakou and suggests such countermeasures as emphasizing the preliminary planning of the development, establishing the brand awareness, increasing the investment in the development,and encouraging the local people to take an active part in the develop- ment of tourism products.
