摘　　要：大学生就业已成为影响高校建设、家庭和社会稳定与国家发展的重大战略问题。从大学生面临的就业困境出发,通过社会和学校两方面分析制约河北省高校大学生就业竞争力的原因,并结合当前省内经济形势,有针对性地提出提升大学生就业竞争力的对策和建议。The employment of university graduates is becoming a big strategic issue which has effects on the university construction,the family and social stability and the state development. Starting from the difficult employment situation of university graduates, the paper analyzes the factors that restrict the em- ployment competitiveness of university graduates. In view of the impact of the present situation of economic development on the labor market, some measures and suggestions are put forward concerning the promo- tion of the employment competitiveness of university graduates in Hebei Province.
