摘  要:为了得到工程项目上附有箍筋加密区的钢筋笼的最优起吊吊点,采用数学模型和有限元模型进行分析计算,推导出适用于附有箍筋加密区的钢筋笼的最优吊点选择公式。首先建立附有箍筋加密区的钢筋笼数学模型,运用Mathematica软件进行计算,分析箍筋加密区的分布位置及荷载大小对钢筋笼吊点的影响;然后运用ANSYS有限元模型进行理论数据的分析验算,模拟钢筋笼的受力状态,结合模型结点的轴力、弯矩、应力验算最优吊点的准确性。通过理论与建模计算,最终得到适用于附有箍筋加密区的钢筋笼最优吊点选择公式,可以在工程项目上进行推广使用。In order to obtain the optimal lifting point of the steel reinforced cage with the stirrups encryption area in the project, the mathematical model and the finite element model are used to analyze and calculate the optimal lifting point selection formula for the steel reinforcement cage with the stirrup encryption area. First of all, the mathematic model of steel cage with stirrups encryption area is established, and the Mathematica software is used to analyze the influence of the distribution position and the load size of the stirrups encryption area on the hoisting point of steel reinforcement cage. Then the ANSYS finite element mod- el is used to check the calculation of theory of data, and simulate the stress of steel reinforcement cage. Combined with the axial force, bending moment and stress model nodes, the accuracy of the optimal lifting point is verified. Finally through the calculation of theory and modeling, the optimal lifting point selection formula for the steel reinforcement cage with the stirrup eneryption area is obtained, which can be used widely in engineering project.
