摘　　要：绥宁苗族"四·八"姑娘节是湖南绥宁县颇具特色的传统民族节日,具有我国非物质文化遗产在开发与传承问题中的共性和特性。从绥宁"四·八"姑娘的开发与利用现状出发,分析在开发过程中遇到的主要问题,探讨打造绥宁民俗文化产业链的可能性,活化传统民俗项目,实现开发与保护并举。The intangible cultural heritage of China coutains the Chinese nation＇s unique spiritual value, mode of thinking, imagination and cultural ideology. It sticks up for Chinese cuhural identity and defends cuhural sovereign of China. It is of huge necessity to maintain tile preservation and heritage of the intangible cultural heritage, which is not only associated with the prosperity of the 56 nations in China but also an inevitable requirement fi^r cross-cultural communication and sustainable development of the international society. ＂Eighth of April Girls＇ Day＂ is a traditional minority festival for Miao people in Suining, Hunan. It shares some common points with marly other cases in the discovery, and heritage of the intangible cultural heritage project and possesses its characteristics at the same time. This paper started with the current situation of the development of ＂Eighth of April Girls＇ Day＂ and the major contradiction of the case and proceeded with the discussion of the possibility of establishing the minority cultural industry chain in Suining, Hunan so as to reach a balance between development and preservation.
