摘  要:通过LabVIEW软件编译,与FIAlab for Windows软件结合,分别控制光纤光谱仪和微顺序注射-阀上实验室(MicroSIA Lab-on-valve,μSIA-LOV)系统,以光纤作为传导介质,将光纤光谱仪、微顺序注射分析仪和氘灯光源连接,基于样品的紫外吸收特性,实现原位待测样品溶液浓度随时间变化的实时在线监测。编译光谱采集模块,进行样品溶液的光谱扫描,实现对物质的定性分析;编译标准曲线模块,实现对物质的定量分析方法的建立;编译样品检测模块,实现样品溶液浓度的实时连续测定。并以头孢氨苄为例,基于紫外吸收测定模式的LabVIEW软件编译的3个模块,同时对待测样品进行原位和过程分析,与紫外分光光度计测得结果比较(P>0.05),结果无显著性差异。说明LabVIEW软件编译的3个模块可实现待测溶液浓度的原位实时连续监测。LabVIEW software and FIAlab for Windows software were combined to control fiber spectrometer and MicroSIA Lab-on-valve system respectively. The fiber spectrometer, MicroSIA Lab-on-valve and deuterium light source were connected by fiber. Based on the ultraviolet absorption property of the samples, the system could realize in situ, real-time and online monitoring of samples. Three modules compiled by LabVIEW software were used for samples scanning, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and real-time continuous determination. Take cefalexin for instance, comparing with ultraviolet spectrophotometer (P〉0.05), the experiament results showed that there were no significant differences between them.
