抗生素联合骨搬移治疗胫骨慢性骨髓炎临床效果及对患者生活质量影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗生素联合骨搬移治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床效果以及对患者生活质量的影响作用。方法:将慢性骨髓炎患者156例随机分为观察组和对照组各78例,对照组患者给予骨搬移治疗,观察患者在骨搬移治疗的基础上联合使用抗生素,观察两组患者的临床疗效和对患者生活质量的影响。结果:观察组患者临床总康复率为85.90%,高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的17.95%(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、住院时间和住院费用均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分(quality of life,QOL)(55.58±3.67)分,高于对照组的(42.13±3.65)分(P<0.05)。结论:抗生素联合骨搬移治疗慢性骨髓炎可有效改善患者患肢功能,降低并发症发生率,优化手术时间,降低手术费用,效果明显,可推广使用。Objective ： To explore the clinical effect and the influence of antibiotics combined with bone grafting in the treatment of chronic oste- omyelitis on patients＇life quality. Methods： 156 cases of chronic osteomyelitis were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 78 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with bone grafting while patients in the observation group were treated with antibiotics combined with bone grafting. Results： The clinical total recovery rate in the observation group （85.90 % ） was higher than that in the control group（71.79 % ） ; the incidence rate of complications in the observation group （7.69 % ） was lower than that in the control group （ 17.95% ） （ P 〈0.05）. The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ; the hospitalization expense in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life（QOL） score in the ob- servation group （ 55.58 ±3.67 ） was higher than that of the control group （42.13 ± 3.65 ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Antibiotics combined with bone grafting can effectively improve the limb function, reduce the incidence of complications, optimize the operation time, reduce operation cost in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis , which has obvious effect and can be widely used.
