改良侧脑室腹腔分流术对脑积水的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良侧脑室腹腔(ventriculo peritoneal,VP)分流术对脑积水的治疗效果。方法:选取在2010年1月至2016年1月期间收治的160例脑积水患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例患者。观察组患者通过改良VP分流术进行治疗,对照组患者通过传统VP分流术进行治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、分流管堵塞发生率以及感染发生率。结果:观察组患者的手术时间(48.25±7.69)min,少于对照组患者(60.29±8.67)min(t=9.282,P=0.024)。观察组患者术后分流管堵塞的发生率(3.75%)低于对照组患者(13.75%)(χ~2=5.010,P=0.025)。观察组患者术后感染发生率(2.50%)低于对照组患者(11.25%)(χ~2=4.783,P=0.029)。结论:在脑积水的治疗中,改良侧脑室腹腔分流术的治疗效果优于传统侧脑室腹腔分流术,且该方法操作简单,手术时间短,降低了并发症发生的风险,值得推广。Objective：To explore the curative effect of improved ventriculo - peritoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocephalus. Methods： 160 patients with hydrocephalus hospitalized from January 2010 to January 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 80 patients in each group. The observation group received improved ventriculo - peritoneal shunt while the control group re- ceived traditional ventriculo -peritoneal shunt, the operation time, the shunt pipe blockage rate and the infection rate compared. Results： The op- eration time in the observation group （ 48.25 ± 7.69 rain） was shorter than that of the control group （60.29 ± 8.67 min ） , the difference being statistically significant （ t = 9. 282, P = 0. 024）. The shunt pipe blockage rate of the observation group （ 3.75 % ） was lower than that of the con- trol group （13.75 % ） , the difference being statistically significant （X^2 = 5. 010, P = 0. 025 ）. The infection rate of the observation group （ 2.50 % ） was lower than that of the control group （ 11.25 % ） , the difference being statistically significant （ X^2 = 4. 783, P = 0. 029 ）. Conclu- sion： In the treatment of hydrocephalus, the curative effect of improved ventriculo -peritoneal shunt is better than that of traditional ventriculo - peritoneal shunt, with simpler operation, shorter time and lower complication rate and is worth promoting clinically.
