微负压吸引技术在张力性缝合口中的应用效果及护理方法

摘　　要：目的:观察封闭式负压引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)微负压应用于张力性缝合口的效果并探讨护理方法。方法:将120例手术后张力性缝合口的患者随机分为VSD微负压组和常规敷料加压组,比较两组患者的疗效和护理满意度。结果:VSD微负压组患者缝合口皮肤成活率、创面感染率、平均住院时间、护理满意度均优于常规敷料加压组(P<0.05)。结论:将VSD微负压吸引技术应用于张力性缝合口的治疗中,配合科学护理方法,可取得良好治疗效果,适于临床广泛应用。Objectlve：To observe the effect of micro- negative pressure in vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） for tension suture and to explore the nursing methods. Methods： 120 eases of tension suture after surgery were randomly divided into VSD micro - negative pressure group and con- ventional dressing compression group, with the curative effect and nursing satisfaction degree compared between the two groups. Results： The sur- vival rate of suture skin, infection rate of the wound, the average length of hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction degree in VSD micro - negative pressure group were better than those in the conventional dressing pressure group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： VSD micro -negative pressure tech- nology applied to tension suture has certain advantages in the treatment effect, if combined with proper nursing care, and is suitable for clinical ap- plication.
