摘  要:以布鲁克斯和美早樱桃为试材,通过对其生理及光合特性的测定分析,了解其对土壤条件的适应性。结果表明,种植于沙土中的樱桃,MDA和可溶性糖含量、POD和CAT活性极显著高于种植于粘壤土中的樱桃;而种植于粘壤土中的樱桃,根系活力和净光合速率显著或极显著高于种植于沙土中的;在2种土壤条件下,樱桃的SOD活性和色素含量未发生显著变化。布鲁克斯的净光合速率、根系可溶性糖含量及POD活性极显著高于美早,而美早的类胡萝卜素含量、叶片可溶性糖和MDA含量较高;2个品种的根系活力、叶绿素含量及SOD活性差异不显著。土壤条件与樱桃品种对可溶性糖含量、净光合速率、MDA含量和根系活力存在显著或极显著的互作效应,对抗氧化酶活性、色素含量不存在互作效应。综合各指标分析以及植株的生长表现认为,粘壤土比沙土更适合樱桃的生长;布鲁克斯比美早对土壤的适应性更强。Using cherry cultivars ‘Brooks' and ‘Tieton' as test materials, the physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of the tow cultivars were the determined and analyzed to understand their adaptability to soil conditions. The results showed that MDA and soluble sugar contents, POD and CAT activities in the plants grown in the sand loam were very significantly higher than that cultivated in clay loam which were in turn significantly higher or very significantly higher than that planted in sandy soil in respect of root activity and net photosynthetic rate. The pigment content and the SOD activity did not vary significantly in two different soil conditions.The net photosynthetic rate, root POD the activity and soluble sugar content of ‘Brooks' were significantly higher than that of ‘Tieton' while the carotenoid content, leave soluble sugar and MDA content of ‘Tieton' were relativelyhigher. There were no significant differences between the two cultivars in root activity, chlorophyll content and SOD activity. Soil conditions and cherry cultivars had significant or very significant interaction with soluble sugar content, net photosynthetic rate, MDA content and root activity and no interaction with antioxidant enzyme activity and pigment content. According to the comprehensive analysis above and plant growth in the field, the clay loam was more suitable to cherry growth than the sandy loam and ‘Brooks' had greater adaptability to soil conditions than ‘Tieton'.
