摘 要:为了研究光照强度和紫外光照射对烟株生长和叶片组织结构的影响,以云烟87为材料进行4个光处理试验。结果表明,光照强度的减弱和增加紫外光照射推迟了烟株的生育期,各处理现蕾期比对照分别延长了2,9,3 d;光照强度的减弱在一定程度上促进了株高但降低茎围,而增加紫外光照射抑制了株高、有效叶片数、茎围;光照强度的减弱和增加紫外光照降低了叶片的质量,同时增加紫外光照降低了叶肉的所占百分比;随着光照强度的减弱,叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度均呈递减的趋势,而增加紫外光照增加了叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度。叶片厚度最厚的为T3,246.13μm,最薄为T2,183.28μm。气孔器最长为CK,201.45μm,气孔器最宽为T3,165.12μm,气孔面积和气孔周长最大的为T3。研究结果可为调控烤烟叶片组织结构供理论依据。In order to study the influence of light intensity and ultraviolet irradiation on the growth and leaf structure of tobacco, four light treatment experiments were carried out with Yunyan 87 as the material. The results showed that the growth period of tobacco plant was delayed by the decrease of the light intensity and the increase of the ultraviolet irradiation. Each treatment was longer than the control,respectively,2,9,3 d. The decrease of light intensity promoted the plant height but decreased the stem circumference to a certain extent, while the increased ultraviolet irradiation inhibited the plant height, effective number of leaves, stem circumference.The weakening of light intensity and increased ultraviolet irradiation reduced the leaf quality, while increasing the UV irradiation reduced the percentage of mesophyll. With the decrease of light intensity, leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness decreased, while increased ultraviolet light increased leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness.The thickest leaf was T3,246.13 μm, the thinnest was T2,183.28 μm. The longest stomatal apparatus was CK,201.45 μm, the widest stomatal apparatus was T3,165.12 μm, stomatal area and stomatal circumference maximum was T3.The results can provide theoretical basis for regulation of flue-cured tobacco leaf tissue structure.
