摘　　要：农村集体建设用地问题作为统筹城乡发展的主要研究内容之一,对统筹城乡发展具有重要意义。随着我国国民经济发展的加快,农村集体建设用地矛盾也日益突显。本文从典型地区农村土地流转模式出发,分析其主要做法和运作机制,以便对农村土地流转模式有一个比较清晰的了解和认识。Rural collective construction land plays an important role in the economic development of China. With the acceleration of the development of China＇s national economy, the contradiction of the rural collective land for construction is also increas ingly highlighted. Based on the model analysis of collective construction land transferring in the typical area, the main practice and working mechanisms were analyzed so as to have relatively clear understanding for collective construction land transferring.
