梳理工艺对阻燃黏胶纤维相关性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了梳理工艺对梳理后阻燃黏胶纤维性能的影响,发现梳理后阻燃黏胶纤维的强度、长度均较梳理前有所降低,且道夫速度越高,变化程度越显著。在梳理前添加柔软剂对原料进行处理,可使纤维性能的恶化程度减小。研究同时发现梳理前后阻燃黏胶纤维的热性能也有一定变化。The influence of carding process on properties of flame retardant viscose is studied in this paper. It is found that the length and strength of carded fibers are decreased. And the reduction is significent with the increased speed of the doffer. The decrease of fiber properties is not abvious for the addition of soft agent on flame retardant viscose fiber before carding, h is also found that the thermostability of flame retardant viscose downs a little after the process of carding.
