摘  要:设计了5种不同参数的2.5D衬经纱角联锁织物,并分别与环氧树脂复合固化成复合材料。使用万能试验机和ARAMIS测试系统分别对这5种材料进行拉伸性能的测试。试验结果表明:纤维性能和织物结构中不同的接结经纱密度、衬经纱密度等参数因素对复合材料的拉伸性能均能产生显著的影响;纤维性能越好,其复合材料拉伸强度越高;接结经纱根数和衬经纱根数的增大都会显著提高复合材料的拉伸强度,且纤维性能比织物结构对复合材料力学性能产生更显著的影响。Five different parameters of the 2.5D liner warp yarn interlock fabric designed, were cured with epoxy resin into composite materials, The tensile properties of the five materials were tested using a universal testing machine with an ARAMIS test system. The results showed that both fiber property and fabric structure including different joints warp density, lining the yarn density and so on parameters can have a significant impact on the tensile properties of composite materials. The better the fiber properties, the higher the tensile strength of the composites. The increase of the number of warp yarns and lined yarns significantly improve the tensile strength of the composites, and the fiber properties have a more significant effeet on the mechanical properties of the composites than the fabric structure.
