摘  要:目的:探讨清脑片对以皮下注射肾上腺素及冰浴刺激致大鼠急性血瘀模型血液黏度及血液流变学的影响。方法:将大鼠按体质量大小随机均匀分为空白组、急性血瘀模型组,脑络通组,大、中、小剂量清脑片组。除空白组和模型组灌胃同体积的生理盐水之外,剩下的各组灌胃相对应的药物,连续7 d,在第6天灌胃完药物60min后,除空白组大鼠,其余各组大鼠采用皮下注射肾上腺素而后进行冰水浸泡来制作大鼠急性血瘀模型。最后一次灌服药物60 min后,大鼠采用腹主动脉取血,按要求测定血液黏度及凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)凝血4项及血液流变学等指标的变化。结果:注射肾上腺素及冰浴刺激致大鼠急性血瘀模型复制成功。与模型组相比,大、中、小剂量清脑片组可显著降低高切、中切、低切全血黏度和血浆黏度(P<0.01,P<0.05),显著升高TT(P<0.01,P<0.05),显著缩短APTT(P<0.01),显著降低FIB含量(P<0.01)。结论:清脑片可以显著改善急性血瘀证模型大鼠血液黏度及血液流变学的异常变化,对血栓形成以及动脉硬化的形成有一定的预防作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of Qingnao Tablets on blood viscosity and blood rheology in acute blood stasis model induced by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice bath in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into blank group,acute blood stasis model group,acute blood stasis model group,large,middle and small dose of Qingnao Tablets groups. In addition the blank group and model group were given the same volume of saline stomach,the remaining rats were fed the corresponding gastric drug for 7 d. On day 6,60 min after intragastric administration of drugs,in addition to the control group's rats,the rats were given subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice water immersion to make a model of acute blood stasis. The medicine was given orally after 60 min in rats by abdominal aortic blood. According to the requirements,determine blood viscosity and prothrombin time( APTT),thrombin time( TT),prothrombin time( PT) and plasma fibrinogen( FIB) of blood coagulation and blood rheology indexes. Results: The rat model of acute blood stasis induced by injection of adrenaline and ice bath was successful. Compared with the model group,large,medium and small dose Qingnao Tablets groups can significantly reduce the high,middle and low shear whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05) and TT increased significantly( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05),APTT significantly shortened( P〈0. 01) and the content of FIB significantly decreased( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Qingnao Tablets can significantly improve the blood viscosity and blood rheology changes in acute blood stasis model rats and the formation of thrombosis and atherosclerosis has a certain preventive effect.
