摘 要:为了改善自动售货机的界面清晰性、一致性和操作动作经济性等可用性指标,综合运用人因工程学的理论与方法,充分考虑人的生理及心理特点,针对自动售货机的显示屏、区域布置、取货方式等进行分析,改进设计了自动售货机的人机界面。运用关联矩阵法对改善前后的方案进行评价对比,发现改善后的方案优于改善前的方案,原有设计中的问题得到了解决,消费者的使用体验得到了提升,改善方案具有较强的可实施性。To improve the usability index of the vending machine operation,such as interface clarity,consistency,operation of the action economy,the theory and method of human factors engineering were used, fully considering the physiological and psychological characteristics. This design of vending machine's man-machine interface was re-improved,and the comparison and analysis of the schemes before and after the improvement were carried out by using the correlation matrix method.The results showed the improvement of the vending machine 's display screen, the regional arrangement and the picking method. The scheme is superior to the scheme before improvement,and the problems in the original design are solved,and the experience of the consumers is improved,and the improvement scheme has strong practicability.
