摘　　要：由于认识上的不足以及认识角度上的差异,在中国古代书目中,奏议文献的设门立类和部居归属经历了一个长期的演变过程,直至清修《四库全书总目》时,汇集奏议文献的奏议类才在官修的书目中取得了正统的地位。文章深入地研究了奏议类文献在我国古代书目中设门立类的源流、原因及其将奏议类文献由集部析出,载于史部的缘由。Due to the insufficient understanding and different understanding angle, the classification of ＂ Memorials to the Throne＂ has experienced a long process of evolution in ancient bibliography China. Till the edition of Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu in Qing Dynasty, ＂Memorials to the Throne＂ got a position in the official list. This article makes a deep analysis on the origin and the reason of classification of ＂Memorials to the Throne＂ .
