摘　　要：随着计算机技术和移动互联网技术在公共图书馆的应用及普及,电子书服务呈现新的形态。文章描述电子书服务平台的整体设计思路,包括电子书资源的采选、组织、发布和服务,服务平台通过云架构将所有业务流程整合在一起,实现数据资源和计算资源的优化管理和利用,为机构和个人提供电子书资源的发布和访问平台,实现地理上和物理上分布的异构电子书资源的统一检索和获取,实现读者从阅览室到家的无缝链接,与出版商、电商以及著者,建立分工合作、优势互补、互利共赢的市场化、商业化的经营模式,推动图书馆电子书产业的发展。With the application and popularity of computer technologies and mobile Internet in public library, E-book service presents a new form in the library service. This article describes the overall design of E-book service platform, including electronic resources selection, organization, distribution and services. All the business processes will be integrated by the service platform with cloud architecture and realize the optimal management of data resources and computing resources, which could provide publishing and access platform of electronic resources for institutions and individuals. The platform can not only realize unified retrieval and access of geographically and physically distributed heterogeneous E-book resources for institutions and individuals, but also realize the seamless connection of reading room and home. What＇ s more, the platform can realize a win-win business mode among the publisher, the author and E-commerce and promote the development of library E-book industry.
