复方利血平氨苯蝶定片治疗中老年原发性高血压的临床疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评价复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片治疗中老年中轻度原发性高血压的临床疗效与安全性。方法将88例中老年中轻度原发性高血压患者,随机分成复方利血平氨苯蝶啶组(治疗组)和国产苯磺酸氨氯地平组(对照组),连续治疗12周。监测两组患者的舒张压和收缩压的变化情况,判断疗效,并记录两组的不良反应。结果经治疗两组患者的收缩压和舒张压均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复方利血平氨苯蝶啶组和苯磺酸氨氯地平组降压的总有效率分别为90.91%和88.64%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片治疗中老年轻中度原发性高血压降压疗效明确,价格低廉,不良反应较少,值得推荐。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound reserpine triamterene tabletsin treatment of elderly patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension. Methods 88 cases of patients with mild to moderate primary hy- pertension were randomly divided into compound reserpine triamterene group （ treatment group ） and amlodipine benzene sulfonic acidgroup（ control group） ,12 weeks of continuous treatment. The changes of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were monitored in two groups, the curative effect was evaluated, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were significantly reduced（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total hypotensive effective rate of compound reserpine triamterene group and amlodipine benzene sulfonic acidgroup were respec- tively 90. 91% and 88.64% , no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of application of compound re- serpine triamterene tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension is clear, with low price and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of recommendation.
