摘　　要：RS422总线数据通信协议和内部数据结构灵活,是航空系统中应用较为广泛的总线类型之一。为了解决RS422总线数据处理问题,基于某飞机平台试飞,研究了采用KAM500采集记录器情况下RS422总线数据处理各个环节的关键技术问题,详述了该总线数据处理的方法和原理。经该飞机平台试飞多个架次验证显示该方法正确可靠,为此类总线的数据处理提供了普遍适用的可参考的思路和方法。With flexible communication protocol and data structure, RS422 is one of the widely used bus types in the aviation system. In order to solve the problem of RS422 bus data processing, based on a flight test plat- form, the key technologies of the RS422 bus data processing in the case of KAM500 acquisition recorder are studied, the method and principle of data processing of the bus are described in detail. The aircraft flight plat- form testing multiple times show that the method is correct and reliable, the data processing of this kind of bus provides a general idea and method for reference.
