摘　　要：在对悬挂物管理系统的功能、性能进行地面检测时,为了提高测试设备的接口处理能力,设计了一种基于RTX(real time extension)的实时测试设备。设备硬件全部采用商用货架产品(COTS),设计了软件中间件以解决COTS模块引起的驱动软件接口不一致的问题,以提高设备的通用性;软件设计时,使对悬挂物管理系统进行激励及数据检测的功能性能测试软件运行在RTX系统下,以提高设备的实时性。传统基于Windows的测试设备只需要对软件进行升级,就可以转换为基于RTX的实时测试设备,并能够更"精准"地完成对悬挂物管理系统的测试。When the function and performance of the store management system（SMS） are tested on the ground, in order to improve the interface processing capability of the test equipment, a real-time test equipment based on RTX（real time extension） system is designed. In this equipment, all the hardware are COTS（ commercial- off-the-shelf） modules, but it results in the inconsistency of the interface of the driver software. In order to sovle this problem, a software middleware is designed, which can enhance the generality of the test software. In the design of the equipment＇ s software, the function and performance testing procedures are made running in the RTX system, which can stimulate the SMS and fulfill data detection. So the equipment＇ s real-time ca- pability can be improved. The traditional test equipment based on Windows system can be changed to the re- al-time test equipment based on RTX just passing through a software upgrading, which can test the SMS more accurately.
