摘 要:目前,制约电动汽车发展的关键难题就是串联锂离子电池组电压不均衡问题,为了提高串联锂离子电池组在充电过程中的电压一致性,设计了一种基于Buck斩波电路的串联锂离子电池组均衡充电电路。基于锂离子电池的特点对系统总体设计进行阐述,提出一种改进的能量转移型均衡电路。阐明了该电路的工作原理,给出了均衡充电电路的控制策略。实验结果表明,该均衡电路可以使单体电池电压在充电过程中得到均衡,改善电池组的充电特性,实现较好的均衡效果。At present, the key problem that restricts the development of electric vehicle is the voltage unequal- ization in series lithium-ion battery pack. In order to improve the voltage consistency of series lithium-ion bat- tery pack during the charging process, a series lithium battery pack equalization charging circuit is designed based on Buck chopper circuit. The overall design method of the system is expounded based on the characteris- tics of lithium battery, an improved energy transfer-type equalization circuit is designed. The working principle of the equalization circuit is illustrated and the control strategy of the equalization charging circuit is given. Ex- perimental results show that this circuit can improve the voltage consistency of the battery pack in the charging process, improve the charging characteristics of the battery pack, and get a better equalization effect.
