国内高校机构知识库联盟建设现状及比较研究

摘　　要：高校在机构知识库建设方面存在优势,而加入机构知识库联盟对于实现跨越式发展具有重要意义。根据我国高校机构知识库联盟建设现状,对比三大高校机构知识库联盟的基本情况,提出国内高校机构知识库联盟建设应设计松耦合联盟组织机制,建立数据管理标准和规范,提升高校机构知识库联盟建设力度等发展策略。University has the dominant position in the construction of institutional repositories, and joining the institutional repository alliance has important significance in accomplis- hing the leapfrog development. According to the present situation of the construction of knowledge alliance in domestic universities, the paper compared the basic situation of knowledge alliance of three university institutions, finally put forward the development strategy of University Institutional Repository alliance in China, such as the design of loosely coupled alliance organization mechanism, the establishment of data management standards and norms, the enhancement of the construction of institutional repository alliance.
