清肤Ⅱ号联合光动力治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨中药制剂清肤Ⅱ号联合光动力治疗囊肿型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法将106例囊肿型痤疮患者,随机分为联合治疗组、光动力组及中药组。治疗时间为8周,在治疗后第2、4、8周进行疗效评价,治疗结束后6个月随访复发情况。结果联合治疗组有效率为88.89%,光动力组有效率为73.53%,中药组有效率为58.33%,联合治疗组有效率高于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组复发率低于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药制剂清肤Ⅱ号联合光动力治疗囊肿型痤疮是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of Chinese herbal compound qingfuⅡand photodynamic therapy in the treatment of cystic acne. Methods One hundred and six cystic acne patients were randomly divided into a combined therapy group, photodynamic therapy group and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）group. During the 8 weeks of the treatment, the scores of three groups before the treatment, the second week, the 4th week and the 8th week of the treatment were compared to appraise the efficacy. The recurrence was evaluated after 6 months since the end of the treatment. Results The total effective rates of three groups were 88.89%, 73.53% and 58.33% respectively. The efficacy of the combined therapy group was higher and the recurrence rate was lower than those of the other two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese herbal compound qingfuⅡand photodynamic therapy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of cystic acne.
