民族政策与中华民族共同体意识的建构

摘　　要：自近代中华民族觉醒以来,中华民族共同体意识就体现出建构上的政治性、内容上的多元一体性和发展上的继承性特点。民族政策是建构中华民族共同体意识的重要手段,在中华民族"自在"时期的民族政策维护了中华民族的"多元一体";在中华民族"觉醒"时期的民族政策赋予中华民族共同体意识以民族国家内涵;而在中华民族处于"民族—国家"建构时期的民族政策则是维护了中华民族团结友爱的大家庭。为了更好地推动中华民族共同体意识的建构,民族政策要致力于维护中华民族的命运共同体意识、经济共同体意识、政治共同体意识和文化共同体意识。民族政策在历史时代下的不断创新才是完成上述"共同体"意识的关键。Since the modern times awaking of the Chinese nation,the community consciousness of the Chinese nation embodies the political nature of construction,the pluralistic unity of content and the inheritance of development.Ethnic policy is an important means to construct the community consciousness of the Chinese nation,the national policy in the'free'period of the Chinese nation safeguards the Chinese nation'pluralistic integration';during the'awakening'period of the Chinese nation,ethnic policy gives the Chinese nation community a sense of nation-state connotation;when the Chinese nation in the'nation-state'construction period,national policy is to maintain the unity and friendship of the Chinese nation family.In order to better promote the construction of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,ethnic policy should be devoted to safeguarding the fate community consciousness,economic community consciousness,political community consciousness and cultural community consciousness of the Chinese nation.The continuous innovation of national policy in the historical era is the key to realize the above-mentioned'community'consciousness.
