摘　　要：航空运输以其天然的特质吸引着越来越多的旅客。航空旅客作为特殊消费者群体,处于弱势地位。文章分析航空旅客弱势性的具体表现:服务消费者的弱势性;航空旅客在特定时间内对生命安全处于失控状态;维权之路不平坦;信息不对称;旅客团体的松散性;人性的品格致使航空旅客处于弱势地位。在此基础上针对航空旅客的弱势性进行平衡机制构建,从而更好地保护航空旅客合法权益,这对促进航空旅客运输业持续健康发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。Air transportation is attracting more and more Passengers with its natural characteristics.As a special consumer group,air Passengers are in a weak position.The article analyses the specific performance of air passengers’weakness.The weakness of service consumers;Air passengers in a certain time are in a state of control for their life safety;Claiming rights is not easy;Information asymmetry;The loose nature of passenger groups;The character of human nature causes the air passengers to a vulnerable position.The balance mechanism is constructed according to the air passengers’weakness so as to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of aviation passengers.It has very important realistic significance to promote the healthy development of air passenger transportation industry.
