摘  要:结合工程实例,对DN 1 400 mm直埋热水供热管道(供回水管)合理厚度的计算方法进行探讨。在计算供热管道保温层合理厚度时,既要满足相关标准规范对保温层外表面温度<50℃的要求,又要满足敷设区域地表下1 m以上范围内任意点土壤温度≤30℃的不影响绿化带植物的生长要求以及确保管网的热损失率小于或等于2%的限定条件。The calculation method of reasonable thickness of DN 1 400 mm directly buried hot-water heating pipeline which is supply and return water pipeline is discussed combined with an engineering exam- ple. When the reasonable thickness of the insulation layer of heating pipeline is calculated, the following requirements should be met including that the outer sur- face temperature of the insulation layer should be less than 50 ~C, the soil temperature should be less than or equal to 30℃ at any point in the range of more than i m below to insure that the surface in the laying area does not affect the growth of plants in the green belt, and the heat loss rate of heat-supply network should be less than or equal to 2%.
