摘  要:采用理论计算与试验方法,研究煤制天然气中氢气体积分数对家用燃具燃烧特性的影响,将管道气(陕甘宁天然气,12T天然气)作为基准气,将高纯度氢气掺混到管道气中得到的掺混气替代煤制天然气进行理论计算与试验,氢气掺混比(掺混气中氢气的体积分数)分别选取0、1%、3%、5%、10%。理论计算结果表明,氢气掺混比1%~10%范围内,掺混气高华白数为48.53~49.53 MJ/m3,燃烧势为38.50~48.86,掺混气仍属于12T天然气。对掺混气的互换性判定(采用A.G.A指数判定法)结果表明,燃具不易出现脱火、回火、黄焰。选取家用燃气灶、热水器、壁挂炉,对氢气掺混比的变化对家用燃具的实测折算热负荷、污染物排放量、燃烧稳定性的影响进行试验研究。随着氢气掺混比的增大,3类燃具实测折算热负荷均小幅下降,实测折算热负荷与设计热负荷的相对偏差在±10%内;随着氢气掺混比的增大,3类燃具烟气中CO质量浓度均有所下降,燃气灶、壁挂炉的氮氧化物排放量基本呈下降趋势,而热水器的氮氧化物排放量呈上升趋势,但仍符合GB 6932—2015《快速热水器》规定的限值要求;氢气掺混比1%~10%范围内,3类燃具火焰的燃烧状态均正常,未出现脱火、回火、黄焰。The influence of hydrogen volume fraction in substitute natural gas on the combustion characteristics of gas appliances is studied by theoreti- cal calculation and experiments. The pipeline gas (Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia natural gas namely 12T natural gas) is used as reference gas, and the mixed gas obtained by blending the high-purity hydrogen into the pipeline gas replaces substitute natural gas in the theoretical calculation and hydrogen, namely the experiments. The mixing ratio of volume fraction of hydrogen in the mixed gas is selected to be 0, 1%, 3 %, 5 % and 10%, respectively. The theoretical calculation results show that as the hydrogen mixing ratio increases, the Wobbe index and combustion potential of the mixed gas achieves 48.53 to 49.53 MJ/m3 and 38.50 to 48.86, respectively, which indicates that the mixed gas still belongs to 12T natural gas. The judgment results of the mixed gas interchangeability (A. G. A index judgment method) show that the gas appliances are not prone to flame-lifting, flame-back and yellow flame. The influ- ences of the variation in hydrogen mixing ratio on the measured converted thermal load, the pollutant emis- sion and the combustion stability of gas appliances in- cluding gas stove, gas water heater and wall-mounted gas boiler are investigated in the experiments. The measured converted thermal loads of three kinds of gas appliances exhibit a slight decrease with the increase of hydrogen mixing ratio. The relative deviation of the measured converted thermal load from the designed thermal load is within ±10%. As the hydrogen mixing ratio increases, the carbon monoxide mass concentration in flue gas of three kinds of gas appliances decreases slightly, the NOx emission from gas stove and wall- mounted gas boiler shows a decreasing trend, and the NOx emission from gas water heater shows an increasing trend, but still meets the requirements specified in the Domestic Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters (GB 6932 - 2015).
