摘　　要：(目的)绵羊多胎基因在多浪羊品种群体中携带率较低,为增加携带多胎基因多浪羊群的数量,提高多浪羊的繁殖率和养殖效益,本试验选择携带多胎基因的多浪羊作为供体进行了胚胎移植扩繁试验。(方法)选取经检测携带有多胎基因的种公羊4只、母羊19只,通过同期发情、超数排卵和手术法采卵,腹腔镜移植技术给普通生产群的多浪羊受体移植。(结果)供体平均生产可用胚胎9.26枚(176/19),鲜胚移植受胎率为59.5%,另外制作A级冷冻胚胎57枚。(结论)结果表明胚胎移植技术能够有效地用于携带有多胎基因羊繁殖生产,达到迅速扩群的目的。（object）The multiple-fetus gene of sheep has low carrying rate in dao-lang sheep breeds population,, In this study, dao-lang sheeps carrying multiple-fetus genes were selected as donor to carry out embryo transfer and propagation experiments to increase the number of dao-lang sheep group carrying multiple-fetus genes and, Improve the reproduction rate of dao-lang sheep and Breeding benefits, （method） Four rams and 19 ewes with multiple - fetus genes were selected by gene testing .Ovums obtained by Synchronous estrus and superovulation was transferred to dao-lang sheep recipients.in common yielding group by surgery collecting oyums and Laparoscopic transplantation technique. （Results） Average Donor producted 9.26 （176/19） embryos, The Pregnancy,rate of fresh embryo transfer was 59.5%, and 57 A-grade frozen embryos was producted. （conclusion） The result shows that the embryo transfer technique can be effectively applied in breeding production of sheep with multiple-fetus genes To achieve the purpose of rapid expansion group.
