摘　　要：配电网项目建设不断加快,投资数额逐年加大,在电网建设投资中占有较大比重,但影响配电网投资收益的因素包含多个方面,科学有效地进行配电网项目投资评价是电网企业面临的重要问题,也将是防范电网投资市场风险的有效途径。文章根据配电网建设项目自身特点,从电网结构改善及投资收益两个方面建立评价指标体系,并提出了基于灰色层次法的配电网投资评价模型,实现专家评判的有效补充。实际算例表明,该评价方法客观有效地反映了电网投资效益水平,对配电网项目投资规划及调整有重要价值。The construction of distribution network project is accelerating, the investment amount is increasing year by year, and it accounts for a large proportion of investment in power grid construction. However, the factors that influence the distribution network investment income include various aspects. Scientific and effective investment evaluation is a important issue that grid businesses as well as an effective way to prevent the grid investment market risks. Based on the characteristics of the distribution network construction project, this paper establishes the evaluation index system from two aspects of power grid structure improvement and investment income, and puts forward the evaluation model of the distribution network investment based on the gray hierarchy method, and effectively complements the expert judgment. An example shows that this evaluation method is effective and objective, it reflects the real investment benefit level of power grid, and has important value for project investment planning and adjustment of distribution network.
