摘　　要：在对国家级新区兰州新区发展进行回顾和反思的基础上,重新剖析兰州新区新时期下战略目标的内涵,进而结合新的发展理念,提出了兰州新区发展目标、产业动力、空间拓展等方面的调整和优化策略建议,以为其他国家级新区发展提供参考。This article reviews the development of Lanzhou new area, which is a state-level new area in the west of China and reanalyses the connotation of the strategic objectives of Lanzhou new area in the new period. Based on new development concept, we present new strategies about the objectives, industry motivation, spatial expansion of Lanzhou new area, which could provide experience for other state- level new areas.
