摘 要:为研究饲料中螺旋藻水平对三角鲤肌肉营养及部分免疫指标的影响,试验选取平均体重为(100±1.0)g的三角鲤450尾,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。对照组投喂基础饲料,试验组分别投喂添加0.5%、1%、2%、3%不同螺旋藻浓度梯度的饲料,试验周期60 d。结果显示:①相对于对照组,各试验组总胆固醇含量显著下降(P<0.05);粗脂肪含量整体下降,1%、2%添加组差异显著(P<0.05)。②各试验组总蛋白和球蛋白含量先升高后下降,在2%添加组为最高,相对于对照组,2%添加组的总蛋白和球蛋白含量均显著增加(P<0.05),其他组仅总蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05)。③各试验组白蛋白和粗蛋白含量整体上升,相对于对照组,1%、2%、3%添加组白蛋白含量增加显著(P<0.05),3%添加组粗蛋白含量增加显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加螺旋藻对三角鲤肌肉营养及部分免疫指标有一定的影响,本试验条件下,综合考虑生长性能及免疫指标,理论上螺旋藻适宜添加量应为3%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of spirulina on muscle nutrition and part of immune indexes of Cyprinus multitaeniata. 450 average weight of (100±1.0) g Cyprinus multitaenata were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates 30 fish per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet and the others in experimental groups were fed the diets supplemented with 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 3% spirulina for 60 days, respectively. The results show that: (2) The content of total cholesterol (TC) significantly decreased in experimental groups (P〈0.05). The content of ether ex- tract (EE) decreased in experimental group and the 1%, 2% groups decreased significantly (P〈0.05). (2) The content of total protein (TP) and globin (Glb) increased first and then decreased, the highest was in the 2% group. Compared with the control group, the TP and Glb of 2% group increased signifi- cantly (P〈0.05), other group's TP increased significantly (P〈0.05). (3) The content of albumin (Alb) and crude protein (CP) in experimental groups as a whole were increased. Compared with the control group, the content of Alb of 1%, 2%, 3% groups increased significantly (P〈0.05), the content of CP of 3% group increased significantly (P〈0.05). In conclusion, alignment of the performance with immune function, the suitable amount of spirulina should be 3%.
