摘  要:为探究饲料中添加小球藻醇提物对花鲈(Lateolabrax japonicus)生长、体组成、血清生化指标和消化酶活的影响,选取初始体均重为(35.06±0.06)g的花鲈480尾,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,分别投喂添加0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%小球藻醇提物的试验饲料。试验为期42 d。结果表明:饲料中添加小球藻醇提物对花鲈成活率(SR)、肝体比(HSI)、脏体比(VSI)及肥满度(CF)无显著影响,特定生长率(SGR)及蛋白质效率(PER)有提高趋势,饲料系数(FC)呈现降低趋势(P>0.05)。饲料中添加小球藻醇提物对花鲈体粗蛋白质(CP)和粗脂肪(CF)有提高趋势(P>0.05)。饲料中添加小球藻醇提物对花鲈血清中血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(CHOL.)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLO)及尿素氮(UN)含量无显著影响(P>0.05);添加量为0.3%时谷草转氨酶(AST)酶活显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加小球藻醇提物显著降低花鲈肠道蛋白酶酶活(除0.3%组外)和淀粉酶酶活(P<0.05),肝脏蛋白酶酶活有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。饲料中添加小球藻醇提物,对于提高花鲈的生产性能、改善体组成有一定的作用。在本试验条件下,以特定生长率及饲料系数为评估指标,花鲈饲料中小球藻醇提物的适宜添加范围为0.3%~1.0%。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of ethanol extract from Cblorella vulgaris on growth, serum biochemical indices and digestive enzymes activities of Japanese seabass, Lateo- labrax japonicas. Four hundred and eighty L. japonicas [initial body weight (35.06±0.06) g] were ran- domly divided into 6 dietary treatments, each treatment had 4 replicates and each replicate had 20 fish. Each treatment was fed diets supplemented with 0, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% ethanol extract from Cblorella vulgaris and the trial, respectively lasted for 42 days. The results showed that survival rate (SR) , hepatosomatlc maex krlo^f, viscerosomatic index (VSI) and condition factor (CF) had no significant affected by dietary etha- nol extract from Cblorella vulgaris level (P〉 0.05), specific growth rate (SGR), protein efficien- cy ratio (PER) were increased, while feed coefficient(FC) were decreased with raising ethanol ex- tract from Chlorella vulgaris (P〉0.05). The crudeprotein (CP) and the crude fat (CF) of the body in trial groups were higher than the control group (P〉 0.05). Glucose(GLU), total cholesterol(CHOL), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high den- sity lipoprotein (HDL), total protein (TP), globulin(GLO) and urea nitrogen(UN) had no significant dif- ference with ethanol extract from Chlorella vulgaris provided (P〉O.05) but aspartate aminotransferase (AST) of 0.3% higher than control significnatly (P〈0.05). With raising supplementation of ethanol ex- tract from Cblorella vulgaris, amylase activity and protease activity decreased significantly in the intes- tine (P〈0.05), then protease activity of hepatopancreas had a trend of raising (P〉0.05). Adding ethanol extract from Chlorella vulgaris to the feed, could improve the productivity and body compositon of L. japonicas.
