摘 要:试验以黄腐酸和黄连解毒散为材料,将150只肉鸡随机分成空白组、抗生素组、黄腐酸组、黄连解毒散组、混合组Ⅰ、混合组Ⅱ及混合组Ⅲ,通过考察鸡肠道结构(肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度)、菌群(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌)数、消化酶(蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶)活力,以及肠道pH值等指标,探讨黄腐酸联合黄连解毒散对肠道功能影响。结果显示,与空白组相比,42 d混合组Ⅱ可使肠道乳酸杆菌数量、淀粉酶活力分别提高了6.83%(P<0.05)、15.23%(P<0.05);混合组Ⅰ与空白组相比,肠道蛋白酶活力、隐窝深度分别提高了77.94%(P<0.01)、15.84%(P<0.01),与抗生素组相比,肠绒毛高度增加了32.74%(P<0.01);混合组Ⅱ与混合组Ⅲ相比,V/C值升高33.06%(P<0.01)。结果表明,肉鸡日粮中添加适量的黄腐酸和黄连解毒散能显著提高肉鸡消化酶活力,改善肉鸡肠黏膜结构及菌群组成,从而提高肉鸡的生长性能。In this experiment, fulvic acid and coptic chinensis antidote were the bulk material, and 150 broilers were randomly divided into blank group, the antibiotic group, fulvic acid group, coptic chi- nensis antidote powder group, mixed group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and mixed group m. By examining the structure of the chicken gut (intestinal villus height, crypt depth), bacteria (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Escherichia coh), number of digestive enzymes (protease, lipase, amylase) activity, as well as pH value and other indicators, effect of joint function of coptic chinensis antidote and fulvic acid powder on bowel function were explored. The results showed that compared with the blank group, the mixed group Ⅱ could increase the number of intestinal lactobacilli and the activity of amylase was 6.83%(P〈0.05) and 15.23%(P〈0.05) up respectively. Compared with the blank group, protease activity and the crypt depth in mixed group I was increased by 77.94%(P〈0.01) and 15.84% (P〈0.01). Compared with the antibiotics group, the height of intestinal villus in mixed group Ⅰ was increased by 32.74%(P〈0.01). Compared with mixed group , the V/C value in mixed group Ⅱ was 33.06%(P〈0.01) up. The results showed appropriate amount of fulvie acid and coptic chinensis antidote in broiler diets can significantly improve broiler digestive enzyme activity, broiler intestinal mucosa structure and composition of flora for better broiler performance.
