基于普通高校学院制改革的开放大学学院制改革研究——以云南开放大学为例

摘　　要：开放大学的学院制改革,是开放大学构建服务全民学习、终身学习的高水平新型大学的关键所在。30多年的普通高校学院制改革,为开放大学提供了可借鉴的经验,但由于组织机构设置和学校运行管理机制不同,开放大学的学院制改革具有了很多的特殊性。云南开放大学在推进高职教育与开放教育资源共享、优势互补、协同发展的"双模式"办学和"一院双职、一岗双责"的学院制改革实践中,进行了很多创造性的探索。The reform of the open universities＇ system is the key to the construction of new high-level universities which can serve the whole people＇s learning and lifelong learning. 30 years of college system reform of other colleges have provided reference for the open universities, but be- cause of their different organizational structures and management mechanisms, open universities＇ sys- tem reform has many particularities. Yunnan Open University explored a lot of creative practice in this respect, including promoting the ＂dual mode＂ which has complementary advantages and collabora- tive development by sharing resources between vocational education and open education, as well as running the ＂dual duties, dual roles＂ reform practice.
