酒钢外购铁精矿提质降杂试验研究

摘　　要：酒钢外购铁精矿质量相对较差,铁品位一般在60%左右,Si O2含量高,影响到高炉利用系数和冶炼成本。本文通过试验,进一步对外购低品质铁精矿进行提质降杂,提高精矿品位,改善炉料质量。结果表明,通过细磨磁选就可达到较好的效果。The quality of iron concentrate purchased by JISCO is relatively poor. The iron grade is generally around 60% and the content of SiO2 is high to affect the utilization factor of blast furnace and smelting costs. Through the test, quality improvement and impurity reduction of low quality iron concentrate purchased can be achieved and the grade of iron concentrate is im- proved. The results show that good effect can be achieved by fine grinding magnetic separation.
