摘　　要：根据煤气燃烧实验和典型陶瓷辊道窑炉的测试数据,分析过剩空气系数对于窑炉能耗影响和目前陶瓷辊道窑炉运行当中不同燃烧区域过剩空气系数的情况,最后提出辊道窑炉空气过剩系数的分段控制和窑炉燃烧系统设计的建议。According to the test data of gas combustion and the test data of typical ceramic roller kiln, the influence of excess air coefficient on the energy consumption of kiln is analyzed, and the excess air coefficient of different combustion zone in the operation of ceramic roller kiln is analyzed. Finally, make suggestions on segment control of the roller kiln air excess coefficient and the design of the kiln combustion system.
