综采自上而下回撤支架技术分析

摘　　要：针对综采采用的自下而上回撤支架方法所花费的人力、物力较大,回撤周期较长等问题,以某煤矿为例,采用自上而下回撤支架技术,根据25103工作面的实际情况,分析自上而下回撤支架技术的特点及管理措施,并采用"一通三防"的方法来解决自上而下回撤支架过程中存在的问题。通过分析其效果,证明了此种技术方法的有效性,既省时又省力。Aiming at the fully mechanized using bottom-up withdraw support method takes human resources, large problem retracement cycle is very long, with a coal mine as an example, using top-down withdraw support technology,according to the actual situation of 25103 working face, the analysis of the characteristics and management measures of top-down withdraw support technology, and using method three proofings ＂to solve the withdrawal of support from top to bottom back to the existence of problems in the process, through the analysis of the effect, proved the effectiveness of this technique, saves time and labor.
