摘 要:花生种子活力与种子萌发、幼苗生长、抗逆能力及产量形成密切相关,高活力种子是花生获得高产的前提。合理加工是提高花生种子活力的重要手段。本文综述了老化花生种子的形态及生理特性种子活力对种子发芽、出苗及植株生长、发育的影响。从遗传因素、温度、水分、外源化学投入品等几个方面阐述了花生种子活力的影响因素。总结了花生种子加工技术现状与存在问题。提出了未来研究的重点应放在以下四个方面:①研发和引进快速种子活力检测技术;②研究包衣条件下保持种子活力的贮藏条件;③研究适合我国品种特性的种子精深加工技术;④研发复合型多功能种衣剂。Peanut seed vigor is closely related to seed germination, seedling growth, stress resistance and yield formation. Seed with high vigor is the base of achieving high peanut yield. Appropriate processing is an important way to improve seed vigor. This paper reviewed the morphological and physiological characteristics during peanut seed aging, and the effect of seed vigor on germination and emergence of seed and growth and development of plant; discussed the influence factors of peanut seed vigor, including heredity, temperature, moisture, chemical input and so on; summarized current situation of peanut processing technologies and existing problem. The potential research areas and priori- ties on peanut seed vigor were:① to develop and bring in rapid detection technology of seed vigor; ② to study storage conditions on vigor keeping of coated seed; ③ to investigate seed deep-processing technologies which suitable for characteristics of varieties in our country; ④to research and develop compounded and multifunctional seed coating.
